About this Site

This website is resource of teachers who have been inspirational and clarifying in my own journey. They themselves may not identify as teachers of “unitive Christianity” or “nondual Christianity”. But in my own path, they and their teachings have helped me deepen in my ongoing exploration.

About me

Hello, my name is Keith.  I’ve been a spiritual seeker my whole life.  When I was a child I felt strongly connected to the Divine.  In church I learned to call it God, and heard the stories of Jesus.  I felt a deep bond with Him as well, and I felt a constant and loving presence in my life that I felt was Him.  However, church also confused me.  Prayer and singing in service were followed by coffee and cookies, as well as gossip and judgement.  I wondered if the adults had heard the same stories in the chapel that I just heard.  Still, my personal connection to God and my companionship with Jesus were deeply personal.

Things changed when I entered my teenage years.  Friends and grades and social life became more interesting and my active spiritual life receded.  In college it came roaring back.  I discovered Buddhism and for the first time I heard expressed the unitive, non-dual experience that I’d had as a child.  For 30+ years I’ve studied Buddhism, as well as Judaism and Christianity and a bit of Sufism.  I also stayed connected to God and Jesus through gospel music, which always reconnected me to Divine Love.

Several years ago I again experienced God’s presence in my life in a profound way.  It reoriented my spiritual inquiry.  As I sought teachings and teachers and community, I was delighted to discover that the unitive experience is being actively articulated within Christianity.  This website is a sharing of the sources and resources that have and continue to be meaningful to me.  I hope they may be to you as well.

I live in the Sierra mountains of Northern California and run a small consulting firm helping non-profits with their technology.  I’m a proud parent of two great kids and partner to a teacher in the unitive Advaita Vedanta tradition.  When I’m not studying and immersing myself in work and spirituality, I spend my time hiking, biking, and generally enjoying the great outdoors and my many dear friends.
